About This Hiker

Throughout my working week, I plan, dream, and google where our weekend adventures are going to be. I love spending as much time hiking with the family as I can, nothing makes me as happy as hearing my favorite women laughing while we are hiking. Exploring and finding new family Hikes in Ireland has become our family pastime.

About us

We are a married couple that lives and works in Ireland. We started our hiking adventures in 2012 by hiking the Camino de Santiago, this then progressed to hillwalking and hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc. We got married in 2015 and had our first baby girl in 2016, our second baby girl in 2018, and our third in 2021. We continue to hike mountains but now there are five of us, 2 walkers and 3 kids. We started the blog and website to help family hikes in Ireland. Hiking with kids in Ireland is a big passion for our little family and we hope to inspire or help families get outside.
